All kitset home pricing is based on two deliveries (Exterior Materials and Interior Materials).

1.	Kitset Deposit Pay your deposit online or complete your deposit form and post a bank cheque to the address supplied. We can then get your plans drawn up or modified to your own specifications. 2.	Kitset Stage ONE (Exterior Materials) Once your building consent is available, complete your Stage ONE order form at least 20 working days prior to your required delivery date.  ALL STAGE ONE AND TWO PAYMENTS ARE PROTECTED BY SAFEKIWI™ THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROTECTION.
3.	Kitset Stage TWO (Interior Materials) Please complete your stage TWO order form at least 20 working days prior to your required delivery date. ALL STAGE ONE AND TWO PAYMENTS ARE PROTECTED BY SAFEKIWI™ THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROTECTION.
