The $99.95 cost will be deducted from the quoted price to modify plans. A Plan Modification Worksheet, floor layout and elevations will be posted to you to complete and confirm your requested changes. If the plan modifications are complex your quote will allow for preliminary drawings to be approved prior to final plans being completed. For minor changes, an estimate for kitset materials will also be provided with your plan modification quote. Upon acceptance and payment of quote, THREE sets of your modified plans will be completed and forwarded to you within the time given in your quote. A firm quote for kitset materials will be provided following completion of your modified plans.
